Our tank-less water heater system is complicated, yet these plumbers from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC knew exactly how to fix & address the various problems we've had with it! They are very knowledgeable and competent.

I have several properties in the Dallas area, some are rental homes, and I use Dallas Plumbing exclusively for anything they can repair or install. I have used them recently on 2 rental properties, 1 locating a leak behind a wall and repairing same and the other was replacing a water heater and pan. I've also used them at my home where they install a new kitchen sink, faucet, disposal and install all the bathroom sink faucets throughout the house. Austin has done all the work on my properties and I couldn't recommend a better technician! I will always request him personally to perform any work on my properties in the future! Dallas Plumbing is also reasonably priced, I have tried another plumber in Dallas but declined their services due to their extremely high costs. Me and my family has been using Dallas Plumbing for all their plumbing and a/c-heating needs for about 30 years - they are by far the best in my experience.

Quoted us 1100 dollars on a job, when we had multiple different quotes for the same job for from other certified, licensed, and ensured plumbers quoted 350. Not to mention they didn’t charge a 48 service just to come out and quote. Save your time...

After our family room ceiling was damaged by an old water supply line that burst from an upstairs bathroom, we contracted HMP. We also decided to replace two 22 year old water gas heaters. HMP plumbing did a great job replacing the supply lines and both water heaters including one that was in a tough spot in the attic. They were professional, hard -working and courteous. We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Great service and communication. Arrived on time and explained all the options with estimates for the service of installing 2 water heaters. Protected the stairs with good tarps and cleaned the work area very well. Have signed contract for membership to include annual service.

I called HomePro Handyman Services a couple weeks ago to get a storm door installed plus have water damage around the back-door repaired. Chris Dandridge (owner) assured me his guys could handle anything. Although, that could be true the process at which his company operates is less than professional.As we discussed I would let him know when I had the screen door ready as it was being ordered. Last Monday 5/3 I texted him the door was here and needed to schedule a time. He replied back Tues 5/4 at 9pm that Edil his “Handyman” would arrive Wed between 12-1pm.Wed at 1:30pm his “Handyman” finally arrives and is surprised to find out I needed water damaged fixed also. I didn't have a good feeling about this project being handled correctly. 15 minutes after arriving he left to go shopping. Items purchased at Lowes for repair with a cost of $350 (300%-500% markup) 6 pieces of trim, caulk, expanding insulating foam, trim paint, paint brush, small paint bucket for holding screws, lumber 2x6x4 1 piece and screws. 30 minutes after arriving back he decides that it would be easier to just replace the entire back door and frame and gives me the choice of either paying for him to go shopping for another hour or leave him and pick up what he needs myself to continue allowing him to work. I went myself to buy a new pre-hung back door. After returning the “homepro handyman” figures out he still doesn’t have all the tools/supplies to complete the installation. After the 3rd trip to buy a drill bit he didn’t have and get more trim and lumber he finally has enough to start installing the back door. But I was already irritated. I texted Chris and let him know that his Handyman being so unprepared was unprofessional. Not that I even blamed the contractor that came out. I think the owner didn't properly prepare him for what he was actually coming out for. I believe Chris did this in part because he knew he was charging by the hour and was making sure he could get extra hours out of me, but that's just my personal opinion. Chris immediately called me and started getting defensive trying to make it my fault because I didn’t already have the supplies and accused me of being unreasonable for thinking I shouldn’t have to be his handyman’s assistant. I would have stopped the project in my tracks if I didn’t have a giant hole in the back of my house.At about 8pm (6.5hrs) the “homepro handyman” gives up on the project because it’s late. And as I found out later would have needed more supplies. Only the back door and not the screen door was installed.I had to spend the next day taking a crash coursing learning how to do what I paid his company 1k to do to finish the job.Prepared: FOn Time: CCompleted Work in a Timely Manner: FQuality of Work: BCustomer Service: FCost: $$$$ FMet Expectations: FOverall: FBehind schedule, overbudget and incomplete.Please do not give this guy your business. Reuben and team did an amazing job on our plumbing project relocating sink and running lines under a slab. He was friendly, honest, and ensured we were completely comfortable with the process and expectations prior to beginning work. This dude knows his stuff and even came in clutch to do a last minute scope revision mid-project. Without a doubt, I'm keeping his number and calling him for any future projects.

Called for a job, and had one set up for a few days later. We explained at the time of calling what we needed done to a mobile home and they said they could come out. Fast forward to the day they were going to come out, they call 10 minutes before they're supposed to be here saying they don't want to work on a mobile home. They could've just said that days ago when we called instead of 10 minutes before they're suppose to show and wasted our time.

I have been using J National for years at many of our properties and they always do an excellent job. They never overcharge us for anything and they come to fix our problems when we ask them to.
