Overall, the Mr. Rooter team helped us through an extremely challenging, financially stressful, but necessary set of comprehensive repairs for our drainage/sewer system. incredibly unprofessional and rude behavior by service technician, I felt unsafe in my own home. Technician told me he could not fix the repair and when I asked him to write down for me what was wrong (so that I could better explain it to my insurance company) the technician stared at me wide eyed, slammed the door in my face and left. I’m appalled at such terrible customer service - to think it’s ok to take someone’s money and treat them like this
