Tribeca was amazing! I just bought a new house and needed help with a broken toilet. Jay came the next day and took trips to Home Depot to get the special parts I needed and even installed a new toilet downstairs after I decided I wanted to upgrade to something that would use less water. He was SO nice, professional, fast, and thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I will definitely call them again if needed!

The initial reason for the call was a clogged disposal. He fixed it so quick and we had already paid for the 1st hour of service he offered to check all the drains in the house. That made it all the more worth it.

The workmanship of Priority Home Services can only be described as perfection. A journeyman plumber arrived with a tradesman. (Often a single apprentice is sent out.) They replaced a water heater which was part of a complex heating system. We are original 24-year owners of the house and, previously, we replaced two water heaters by top-name Plano companies. HOWEVER, neither of the previous installations were able to make the hot water system work as it was designed. Priority Home Services (PHS) found the problem, which was overlooked in the original home installation and continued to be overlooked by the other top-name Plano plumbing companies. PHS uses only the highest quality materials - no construction-grade connectors, tubing, or valves. The installed the water heater I wanted. (Other companies try to sell a cheaper water heater on which they make more profit.) The workers were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole system and costs to me up front. There were no surprises. I have never recommended a company this highly. I have scheduled them for a second visit to replace a number of aging faucets throughout the house.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

We had a toiler backup at the office and tried everything we could do to fix it. Wouldn't work! Beau and his team showed up and got our toilets unclogged. They were very professional and offered a great value for the money. Will definitely refer them to anyone needing plumbing services.

We had a simple drainage problem here and I thought they would give me a fair price but that's what I get for assuming. They worked about 40 minutes had the drain cleared didn't have to get on the rooof and charged me $245. I'm feeling ripped off. I told him Google estimated the price to be between $100 and $250 and that I guess they charge the highest rate... he's like I guess so. WHATEVER. I will look elsewhere next time.

I very much liked the business model of this company. I needed to hire someone to replace an old drinking fountain and install a new one. They were different sizes and drywall repair and paint would also be needed in addition to the plumbing for the drinking fountain. The tech that was sent out (Edil) was very polite and called when traffic kept him a few minutes late from his arrival time. He then called again once he arrived. I give Edil 5 stars. We did have a corroded drain pipe and repairs took twice as long as anticipated, but this was not anything that could be foreseen. The job did get completed to our satisfaction. Chris the manager of the company was helpful and good with following up on the project. I give him 3 stars. He was a little defensive when I asked if there would be a receipt or something showing me the charges for the work before my credit card was charged. I wanted to make sure I was good with the completed work before giving him the CC info, but he was offended by me saying that. He wanted to make sure he had the info on hand while we were talking on the phone, in case I could not reach him once the job was complete. I am going to chalk it up to miscommunication, but I think he does need to work on how he speaks with people over the phone.

We were working with a tile repairman and needed some plumbing work done on our 50+ year old pipes. The job required 2 trips and in both cases, the technicians were prompt, professional, and very clear communicators. I will be using them again, if we need another plumber.

They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.

They reaponded on short notice. The people I spoke to by phone, Chris and Annie, were both professional and organized. Steve got there on time, gave an estimate, and promptly repaired the problem. It was a stressful situational so I was vert relieved to be in capable hands.
