Let me start with, these guys are excellent. I have managed a few restaurants in the downtown Dallas area over the past few years and i have always used Tribeca. Barbosa continues to amaze me. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years (they fully installed a new AC system top to bottom 4 years ago and I love it!) I selected this company over the others years ago because they are more family friendly based instead of the big corporate operations where it is get in get out give me your money. They also give you tips and advice to help prevent situations from occurring which could cost you more money. They REALLY DO CARE about their customers. Whether it is Andy B. handling customer care and appointments over the phone with absolute friendliness and professionalism, to the latest tech Jonathan C. that came out that not only fixed my issues but also gave great advice and treated me with respect regardless of my knowledge level of the situation or to the newsletter that has great tips stories and information (Yes, I do read it.) Barbosa is who I use for all my plumbing and AC needs and I would definitely reccomend them to anyone.

Very punctual, sent a text confirming they are en route. Fixing everything! Great service and hopefully will use them again for future rentals.

We had a toiler backup at the office and tried everything we could do to fix it. Wouldn't work! Beau and his team showed up and got our toilets unclogged. They were very professional and offered a great value for the money. Will definitely refer them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Very disappointing after several years of being a client, I called to ask for a gas leak inspection and they announced they will not do that anymore, or did not want to take the time to do it~ So how can you repair a gas leak if you do not do that? they mentioned many guys quit on them! What is going on? Are not interested to service a faithful client? Not making enough money on the job? I was very surprise by the lack of motivation, carelessness I would not recommend them as efficient and are not responsive to the care of their clients!

I called them out for a gas leak I had been told I had by Atmos. They came out and responded pretty quickly and were nice.However, without even checking for leaks it was recommended my entire gas lines needed replacing for $9,400.I asked about testing for a leak and they told me the test will be expensive ($900) and was unnecessary because it is just going to tell them what they already know and that is I need a completely new system. In my mind I’m thinking if I’m going to spend the $9400 you say it’s going to cost for new lines, I’m going to need a little more convincing evidence.So I called around and went with another plumber recommended by friends. The leak test was less than a quarter of what Koen quoted and they didn’t even try to tell me what was wrong or give me an estimate until they were done with their leak test.Though the repairs were time and labor intensive, the entire system did not need to be replaced as was recommended by Koen.I hate to give a local business such a terrible rating but I was pretty disappointed to feel ripped off by someone from my own neighborhood.

They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.
