I’ve never been pressured or lied to about work needed and pricing after many other quotes are fair and reasonable and they work with you. During the February 2021 freeze my attic pipes burst and flooded my house. I was home alone with no heat or power. In addition, there were multiple gas leaks found in the attic. I reached out to Jar Dab, I was in a panic. I had used Jar Dab in the past to repair a kitchen drain problem. Justin did a good job at that time at a fair price. When I called Justin at a time when so many people were having plumbing emergencies, he was so kind to work me into his busy, busy schedule. Justin and Jewel worked so hard to do massive repairs on water and gas pipes. I will forever be grateful to Justin and everyone at Jar Dab. They were beyond professional and fair!!!

This business runs on rude customer service and bad policies. I called them to come out to do a diagnosis. I was informed that there would be no trip charge. However, their billing starts the minute they arrive. I went ahead and made the appointment. Today, they called me an hour before to confirm. I told them to go ahead and come. However, unbeknownst to me, another plumber had already come out before them and finished the job for a total of $154. Then at 11:25am, the “receptionist” calls me to tell me that their plumber arrived at 11:00am and demanded I pay $175 for the 25 minutes of their time. Keep in mind that the plumber NEVER walked into the business, spoke to any of our employees, or let anyone know he was on site. I told the receptionist that I would not pay for 25 minutes of their time (even know the plumber NEVER stepped foot inside). She then proceeded to threaten me to send my invoice to collections and hung up the phone.I’m so glad I didn’t use them. I went with Plumbco Services instead and I suggest you do the same.

Alex and Jose were great in repairing my broken gas pipe. They were so thorough and professional. Jana in the office was amazing and followed through on getting service to me. She was so helpful and friendly. Terrific company.

What happened to your company, Mr. Wilson? I wouldn't say that they're fast... maybe more like half-fast. 0 Stars would be more appropriate for the way this company handled their business. I wish I had told my parents to check out Yelp reviews for Wilson before they chose a plumber. It is sad to see so many unhappy customers posting recently when in the past it appears you were providing great service. The older reviews are positive, but unfortunately this is not one of those reviews.Just send them your money and be done with it because they will do poor quality work then fix it by making the problem worse. My elderly parents had Wilson out to fix a leaking toilet ring and the tech succeeded at making the toilet swivel and wobble. The leak was not fixed the first time, however he managed to make the toilet swivel and wobble like its part of an obstacle course. They eventually fixed the leak but left the toilet wobbling all over when you sit on it. Oh and they permanently damaged the floor by spilling glue on it.This would be funny if I didn't spend close to 700 dollars for the screwing. Check out their Yelp reviews if you don't believe me.
