Richard did a great job repairing our leak today. We had a leak on a fitting just downstream of the water meter.

Richard said that it would take about 2 hours for him to finish another job and that he would call when on his way. He was also up front about the hourly rate since it was Memorial Day. It was almost exactly 2 hours when he headed to our house.

He was very professional and fixed the leak in about an hour. We will definitely use Graf Plumbing again when we have another plumbing need.

After calling 2 other companies 1 my usual plumber couldn’t come for a week. The second company never returned my call. So after 3 hrs of getting nowhere I called Southside. They took my call, had a crew out and fixed my clogged all under 45 Minutes from start to Finish! Seriously, The BEST service I have ever had in Corpus Christi... Called them to remove a old water softener from a previous owned house, had Julian do the job and he was honest about things in a very professional manner. Would use them for all my needs in the future.

Absolutely not. Creepy vibes. Was uncomfortable having these people at my home. Showed up in a cross over vehicle not worthy of being worked out of. The man doing the assessment was physically unable to be working. Had to have his helper assist him in standing up after getting down on the ground to view the leak, and it was an embarrassing struggle. Made me feel stupid when asking questions. Came to pick up check for consultation following day in sketchy vehicle with different people.
