Do not use these people their employees are rude and violent. I was threatened by one of them and not a single one of the other employees said anything! I believe he might have been the boss. Do not use for your own safety.

I'm a do-it-yourselfer to the max, but when I failed to clean out my clogged drain after several hours of work, I left a message on the Graf Plumbing Inc. website. They called me first thing the next morning after they opened and worked around my schedule. Richard and AJ showed up less than 30 minutes after the call and cleaned everything out. They even helped me with another issue while they were here and gave me some tips for avoiding the same problems in the future. It was fast and friendly service from start to finish. I highly recommend these guys.

Affordable PID responded to my request for service quickly. He spent time explaining to me that he felt that our issue with the sewer was with the city sewer line. He got our sewer line cleaned out and draining correctly. We experienced the same issue within a week. This time it was a Saturday evening. I called Affordable PID again and left a message. He called me back early Sunday morning. He was at my house in less than a half hour. Even though he was taking his family to the South Texas Air Show he took the time to fix our problem again and he didn’t even charge me!! I would recommend Affordable PID to anyone that needs his services!!

Contacted in July about a dishwasher install. Sent info on machine & never heard a thing back. Contacted 3 weeks later & sent someone out the next day. Two guys, one smelt like alcohol, said they weren't familiar with the machine & we're scared to install it. Said someone would be here Monday so I contacted Monday morning for a time. Receptionist said she would get right back in touch. No word so I called Ocean Plumbing. The receptionist replied back once I called & told them never mind. Said the owner makes his own hours.

Such a scam, came over for 5 min, charged me $85, and didn't fix the issue..and left the water running, I eventually had to call the city for help. I called for status check but no answer!! Never again!!
