My experience with World Class Services (WCS)was phenomenal...The services person (Shane) was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue he diagnosed. He was transparent with the remedies and possible options and at no time did I feel that he was attempting to sell me something I did not need. WCS was the third of three estimates and based on the required work to be done came in by far the most reasonable. In the event I need any services to be performed in my home, there will be one call only (WCS)!

I had a 14 year old tankless water heater that needed replaced. I had gotten quotes from several other companies before contacting Ohio Water Heaters. Mike was able to quote me over the phone and was significantly cheaper than the others. Not only was the quote fast and painless, but he was able to get me on the schedule for the next morning which was great because my unit had started leaking quite a bit of water. The workers showed up promptly on time and were extremely courteous and professional. Chris was very thorough with the install, explained everything he did and even showed me the basic maintenance for it. I am very happy overall with the job and the price! Definitely would recommend!

Problem: No heat. Technician called to setup time. He arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied with the service and the technician.

Atlas was on time and fixed my heating issue. I typically use another vendor; however, they were not responsive to my heating needs. When I called Atlas, I was provided a guaranteed time commitment and they met their commitment. The price was affordable, as well. I would also like to thank the Service Technician, Hunter Hardy, for being so professional and knowledgeable. I will never go back to the vendor that I previously used. I will be using Atlas from now on!!!

We used Miguel and his crew for multiple rooms in our house. He has two more rooms to complete and can't wait to plan those. They do great work. I love each project.

Happy to SING the praises of Columbus Handyman! We are first-time homeowners and wanted to do a little kitchen re-fresh. New countertops, backsplash, sink/faucet, dishwasher, light fixtures. Columbus Handyman gave us a great quote in comparison to the others we got and after reading reviews I felt good about hiring them -- but obviously being new to this arena had no idea what to fully expect. But my gosh I just need to say how WONDERFUL Mike and Grant were to work with. Grant coordinated the project and responded to my many emails so kindly. And Mike did the actual work and he was *fantastic.* Not only a highly skilled handyman (his tile work is beautiful) -- but also a wonderful human. He was so sweet, considerate and accommodating throughout the week-long job. I am so grateful for him! One morning he literally scrapped the ice and snow off my windshield when he saw me sitting in my car warming it up (don't know where my scraper went...) Talk about above and beyond. (Our dog even *loved* him haha!!) Thank you Mike, Grant and the Columbus Handyman crew - we are in love with our new kitchen! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
