Was able to fix the shower issue and kept us informed to what the issue was and how he was going to address it. The coupon discount was also very much appreciated. We needed a tech specializing in
bidets. Tony was sent out to give us an estimate on the project. He was very knowledgeable about bidets. He gave us great information on how to go forward. His customer service was superb. We look forward to furthering our business with Roto-Rooter based on Tony’s personality, professionalism and performance.

They installed a heat pump was verry efficent and verry polite. He set up and complete it in a timely manner. He cleaned up and explained everything and set up the thermostat exactally how I wanted it.

Very unprofessional, hard to get solid answers from, and even harder to get a hold of. They did the work 3-4 months ago, but when it came time for the plumbing work on the gas line to be inspected the inspector would not approve it since the work had been done under wrong kind of permit. Only found out this was the problem a few weeks ago from the plumbers too. Since then they will not call back, or respond to emails and still have not applied for the correct permit. I do not recommend them. Now we have to find a new plumber and hopefully they'll work on someone else's work or else we'll have to have all the work re done. It's been an awful experience.
