Earlier today I found that my kitchen drain was backing up. Of course I wanted to take care of it right away. I called two other places before contacting Roto-Rooter. The first did not return my call in a reasonable amount of time and the second was too busy. Roto-Rooter was my third call and they were able to help me. It was all done very professionally. I was very impressed with the way my call was handled. They even sent an email to verify what had been set up for me. The technician, Aaron, seemed very knowledgeable and was also very professional. He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. The cost was a little higher than I would have liked but I was happy for the problem to be taken care of. I guess it was worth it for my peace of mind.I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to have drain work done....or any other plumbing needs.

I live in a slab home, and the plumbing is difficult as everything is behind the walls, and the technicians were professional polite and got drain unclogged in no time.

Great customer service!!! Fast and efficient!!! My business had backed up drains at 11pm. I called plumbing one they were out in about 20min did a quik assessment of the problem wasted no time got the problem fixed and saved me from closing down that evening!!

Atlas Butler installed my central air system and they could not have been more professional. The sent emails as to who was coming to my home and when. They were on time, and diligently installed my air in an efficient manner. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased, nor recommend more.
