Best Plumbing Repair Work in Columbus OH

Christian did an outstanding job when we called G & M for clogged drain repair. He was on time, courteous, explained everything he did and charged a reasonable price. We'll ask for him the next time.

I called a week ahead to schedule a visit to assess a toilet that was intermittently running and replace the transparent hose under my kitchen sink (from the dishwasher) which was 10 years old and a little moldy inside. Scheduling the visit went well and I anticipated an uneventful visit from the Baumann company. Two workers were sent for some reason, but it did appear as if the young man was in training mode. The hose was repaired, as well as the toilet. The workers did leave to purchase a part for the toilet.
My concerns are that I was billed for the time they were away, I was charged with a service call fee which I knew nothing about, I did not receive the receipt for the items that were purchased although I was specifically billed for them, and he described problems on the service call sheet that I did not say to him on the phone.
When the work was done and I received the bill, I had one of the workers contact the owner. After expressing my concerns, Mr. Baumann told me flatly: You should have asked, when I mentioned the service call fee (his workers were present and we were on speaker phone). He made it clear that he did not care about my concerns. It was my problem...and I still have not received a receipt for items he billed me for.
When I initially called, I told Mr. Baumann I had 2 projects, one at home and one which was business related and that the second would depend on how the first was handle. I guess he forgot that...or didn't care. Needless to say, I won't use him again or refer him to others.

ARS came out because the floor drain was stinking up the house. They put a camera in the line (after flushing the drain, both snaking and hydrojetting) and said we have a 55' belly in our line. The proposed solution was to replace 60' of line and add an outside cleanout. Cost of this was almost $18,000 and we would've had to remove our privacy fence (which was just put up and cost $5,500 to put it up). We got 2 more opinions and after pinging the line to check the depth, 90' out it was only 6'8. We simply did not have enough fall in the line. Had we spent $18,000 to replace the pipe, the problem would still exist because there was not enough fall/grade in the line. Another company (as seen in picture 2) charged $10,000 and replaced 30' of line and had the pipe come out from the wall, which gives the line about 4' of drop (so that gravity will take care of the rest). And we did not have to remove our fence cause they worked around it.I felt that the ARS rep was more like a used car salesman rather than someone who was trying to help. It's always good to get several opinions, and I would definitely not recommend ARS to anyone because not only are their prices ridiculous, but their solutions don't make sense either and would end up exacerbating a problem so that they can keep coming out and getting more money.

What an excellent experience we had with this company. We woke up to a non-functioning toilet Sunday morning. After trying all the 'tricks' and it still not working, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they were at our home within a couple of hours. Not only did he (the owner) repair our toilet, we needed all the shut-off valves and hoses replaced on every toilet and sink in the house, and he replaced all of it. He took care of all of that, plus replacing our kitchen faucet because it was leaking (we had not been aware it was leaking). All of this was done within a couple of hours, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised as we had been pricing the replacement of all the valves and hoses, and this was cheaper than what we expected...with the added bonus of a beautiful new kitchen faucet. We will DEFINITELY use them again, and we HIGHLY recommend you use them for your plumbing needs!

Our basement drain was overflowing into our basement and it was a horrible awful mess and smelled terribly, it was totally unexpected and can be extremely costly as some of you may already know. I called A BETTER DRAIN , and I left a message and it was just minutes when I got a text that he would call me shortly and he did just that. I talked with the owner STACEY SAVAGE, within a 1/2 hr. after I made the call. I explained the problem we were having, and that my husband had been off work, and with the pandemic and and the holiday's funds were very slim. he was out to our house the next day, he didn't even charge us to assess the problem, and left to go and get his equipment. Stacey was very professional, and understanding, he is VERY knowledgeable and he kept his fees to the minimum. We HIGHLY recommend him to any one who has a plumbing issue, his willingness to work with someone just out of common decency and desire to help someone in need is by far the best I've seen in a long time....THANKS STACEY. with a hot water heater failure just one day ahead of a big event at our church planned for the following two days Rose Plumbing responded the same day, assessed the situation and even with working out acquiring equipment replacement our operation was fully restored within 24 hours.

D&L Plumbing did a job for a rental property that backs up to our home and in doing so, tore down our fence and killed two of our trees without notifying us they would be working on our property to access underground sewer lines. When we finally tracked them down, they told us they would return in 30 days to grade, seed and repair the damage but it is now approaching 60 days and they have not returned. The owner will not return our calls and the eyesore you see in these photos is what our back yard has looked like for nearly 2 months. We are preparing to list our home for sale and are very displeased with the lack of response and resolution from D&L Plumbing. It sadly looks as though we will have to seek legal recourse to get anything done. The property owner, Carrie C McMillan, is related to the owner of D&L and when we call her to seek a resolution, she simply hangs up on us.

Kevin and his assoc were very professional price was great cleaned up afterwards the best in the game...Will definitely use them for no on..And they even priced the next project for me and price wad outta sight good to know there is still hard working honest businesses out here....
