The service was prompt and very professional! The plumbing was completed correctly the first time and I've had no further issues. I would definitely recommend their services!

BEWARE!! READ REVIEW!! Spoke with customer service on Monday evening and was told they would be out that evening and a tech would call 45 min before they came out. Received a call at 10:30pm from a tech who said he couldn't get to the warehouse at that time and that a tech would be out in the morning. I called this morning and was told that the soonest a Tech could come out is Thursday. I would have called another company for emergency service, but this company said they would be there. BEWARE of this company and their business practices.

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

He's the pro I worked with. Good work! From planning to the actual appointment, the customer experience was excellent from start to finish! I appreciate you explaining the problem with my shower not working properly and I am also grateful for explaining the various repair options. This will save your contact and most likely reuse it. I have worked with two other plumbing companies and they were not as good as this company!

They did an excellent job of replacing my old cast iron drain lines. Very polite and professional. I recommend flush drains to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience. They unclogged our sewer drain pipe in a short time at a reasonable price.

Kirk came out to fix a gas leak on what was the coldest day of the year (so far)... It turned out to be more like three different leaks. Definitely not the easiest job, but he showed his 20+ years of experience. Needless to say, I would call best plumbing again without question. Thanks!

I had a complete HVAC system installed by American Air. They did a tremendous job with preparation, installation and clean-up after the job ! What a fantastic team effort from start to finish. I highly recommend American Air for your heating, ventilation and air conditioning needs.

I have been a long time customer of Atlas Butler and they really came to the rescue today. We had to have our water service turned off 5 days ago due to a leak in the service line from the street outside of our basement. This caused our sump pump to run constantly and a seeping leak through the block wall underneath the water main. Needless to say we were pretty panicked. We contacted Atlas Butler and the city had the water turned off that day and the problem diagnosed. They estimated a fair price for a site repair of the line and were able to be out by the end of the week once utilities had been marked. The two plumbers were professional, friendly, and very understanding of the stress we had been under without water the last few days. They took every effort possible to protect our landscaping and our paver wall that was clearly in the way of the 3 ft wide by 6 ft deep trench they needed to make to conduct the repair. We also had two bushes and a tree in the area that had to come up and they assisted in this process. Once the work had been done they took great time and effort to ensure that the dirt was backfilled properly and also help to clean up the area in which they had to put the dirt during the repair. I could not have been more pleased and cannot recommend them enough for not just the HVAC services but they're plumbing arm as well.

We used Miguel and his crew for multiple rooms in our house. He has two more rooms to complete and can't wait to plan those. They do great work. I love each project.
