Sure no extra charge for service at any time…that’s because they never show up!! They Never showed up and I had to keep calling in to get updates.I call in at 7:00am to make an appointment to have a clogged drain looked at. They made myappointment for between 3:00 and 5:00.4:17pm - I miss a call and the message just tells me to call back the 800 number4:19pm - I call in and they tell me the technician was running behind…totally understandable!6:44pm I call in and after being on hold for several minutes, the lady tells me the technician is on a job but will call me back within 5 minutes.NO CALL7:56pm I call in again. This time my call is forwarded and keeps ringing. This time a gentleman answers and tells me to hold on while he radios the technician. He gets back on the phone and says he’ll be another hour or two. When I say it’ll be too late, he replied, “Well, sir. After 3pm, there’s only one technician in your area.” But he said it like I should just know that. Doesn’t really want to help. When I ask when the first appointment is for the following day he tells me between 8:00 and 12:00. But when I asked if I could be the very first appointment, he said that was. (But what if they don’t get there until 12? Does that mean the technician does t start until noon?)End rant - bottom line…no help. Didn’t even want to try and help. I sure hope they monitor those calls. The way it sounds, they don’t want anyone to call them. How dare anyone have a drain clog up!! As if we want to call…

The technician and his supervisor were very knowledgeable and helpful! They spent a couple hours cleaning a drain clogged with roots, and helped talk over solutions to ensure it doesn’t happen again. They were so nice and respectful to my home!

Stella was amazing to work with while trying to figure out next steps with my plumbing issues. She always answered the phone quickly and with in-depth knowledge. Their plumber Shane was excellent when he came out to see what was going wrong with the plumbing in my home. He was honest, experienced, quick and efficient. They both created a feeling of great confidence and trust for me.

DrainMaster really seems to know what they are doing! This was my first time using them and I called them simply because they were closest to my home. They were a lucky find! I highly recommend them. You can really count on them! Bonus: Their trip/estimate fee rolls over toward the cost of your repair if you choose to use them! It's great to feel you are not being nickeled and dimed! Loved, loved, loved working with them.

On the evening our water heater was scheduled to be replaced, the technician was an hour and a half late and never called to let us know that he'd be late. After he finally arrived, he spent 45 minutes in the basement, realized he had the wrong water heater, and then left without reconnecting anything. He said that someone would be back around 8am, he didn't show up until 1045 and it took him 3 hours to replace our water heater. I've called multiple times to discuss this and I've yet to receive a call back. Terrible communication and I would never reccomend them.
