WOW what a BAD experience!!!!I have a water heater problem so I called this company on 6/22/2018. they said the service called would cost $60.00. when the technician came to my home he said to diagnose the problem it will cost $98.00. He told me the vacuum switch is bad and there are no parts available in town. He found the correct switch out of town and it would cost me $1100 for him to go get it. I asked can I go and get it and he said no because they will only sell it to the plumbers. So I ordered the parts overnight from amazon and it cost me $50.00. I installed the switch myself and the water heater still wont work. so I called the company again and the same technician came to my home. I told him that I install the switch still water heater is not working. He said it will cost we $98.00 again to diagnose. I told them I already paid you once ,why you charging me again, he said he don't work for free. He walked away without reason.Next day I called another company and they fixed the issue for only $50.00I call The Water Works management 3 time and try to convince to get refund $98.00. They refused to refund money so I decided to express my experience on line.This company has a big name but they are lack professionalism and honesty. Just money motivated.They will take money without service.

Great experience! We are very pleased with the plumber, Blake Erwin. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time to diagnose the problem and fix it. Would definitely go with him and this company if we ever have any plumbing issues again.

Back in January I had Tom out to do a furnace cleaning. I was not happy because he was here about minutes and I feel he cut corners. I know for sure my sensor was not cleaned. He said my blower was bad and that he would give me a call for price. He did call and said it would be $900. I checked blower prices on line and the y ran about 100 dollars so I was very suspicious. I ended up getting a new furnace through Fire and Ice. He talked me into getting a service contract which really only meant that I would get and Air Conditioning check. I had a check up scheduled for today and low and behold Tom was my service person. He did not remove debris from inside the unit. Still leaves and gunk there. He did not clean my coils because he said he needed a hose to clean it. In all fairness my faucet was not working but he made no attempt to clean it at all. And he asked me about how much my furnace cost me which was not his business. I recommend Fire and Ice for professionalism.

Chad was professional, courteous and very friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made sure the furnace was working before he left. Chad was pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend your company and Chad anytime. I will definitely call you guys again in the future.

I called because our air was not working. They gave me time frame for 2-4 hours. The Technician Andy was out here within an hour. He was very professional and nice. He fixed our ac and answered all questions I had. I'm never disappointed in the fast and professional service from Atlas Butler. I highly recommend them.I called Monday morning to have our plumbing looked at because we had a leak somewhere. Our Plumber Nate got there 2 hours later and was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very friendly. He spent the majority of the day with us and he fixed the known issues and the unknown issues. He didn't leave until everything was fixed and we were satisfied. I highly recommend them for plumbing services.
