Best Free Inspections in Columbus OH

I used this company one time. The actual repair service was acceptable however they then put me on some sort of email list that I cannot get off of. I now get service contracts and requests for payment for places I don’t even live at and survey requests for services that I never had. I have asked numerous times to be taken off this list and have never gotten a reply. It’s incredibly unprofessional and stupidly annoying. I would suggest not using this business. There are plenty of other companies just as good that are more professionally run.

Chuck and the whole team were amazing. We had our water line in the front year break on a Sunday. Chuck personally came over to make sure that we were in a good spot and took care of the immediate needs. He and the team were at my home on Monday morning to get to work and stayed late to ensure they fixed the problem. The team was very personable and made sure we understood everything they were doing throughout the process. Highly recommend and will use them again if I have another need.

BEWARE!!! Called Atlas Butler because I was having concerns about my furnace. They told me the motherboard is ruined, had corrosion throughout and needed a new furnace that is 4 years old. Got a second and third opinion and they both gave me the same outcome that I needed just a new coil and relocate my condensation line for under $1000.Will and Gary, bad Karma is coming your way, shame on you. I will be contacting the Attorney General today as well and recorded the entire conversation on my security camera I had with the technician when told I need an entire new furnace on my indoor security camera.

Eddie was here quickly and did his magic for a very fair price. He has a standing offer to come back if there's any glitches in the work. Nice to have a professionally offered service from a trustworthy company.
