Atlas Butler installed a complete HVAC system. Within a few days the A/C compressor became noisy. A tech was dispatched the day of my call and the problem was determined to be internal. The resolution was to have a team replace the entire unit rather than continue to attempt identify the exact, defective part. This guy is very unreliable. He came to my home gave me a price and said he would have someone else come out to work on it later and he would call me to let me know what time the person would be over. i waited 3 hours before i called and asked him if they were still going to come he said he would call back and never did. he is very unprofessional and im glad i went somewhere else.

The plumber was great. But the company charges too much. For an after hours call for one hour, no replacement parts strictly labor I was charged $700.
