This company is a life saver! I own a small business and was shut down due to a small gas leak by the gas company. I contacted Phil at Columbus Gas Pro and he returned my call immediately. He went out of his way to make time to fix my business' urgent need. It is difficult to find a fair, competent & trustworthy gas repair service these days - Phil was all of these and more! He stayed with me until the gas company representative came to my facility and made sure all of my equipment was up and running properly before leaving. This was a big job for our 2 1/2 baths and kitchen sink. All shut off valves needed replaced. When Zane went to shut off the water main it was leaking. This was discovered around noon. The company was able to get the city to shut the outside water main off so Zane could repair tge inside water main shutoff reqqiring v removing the old and saudering on new. He called and received backup help. All was done by 6:30 pm in the same day! Yeah! They even cleaned up and swept before leaving!!!

Mark came out and gave a price for new furnace and a/c. A 13 seer a/c which I finally looked on the internet and found out 13 seer a/c are being phased out and in 2023 (which is now), all companies can only sell 14 seer. He “convinced” me that 13 seer was still acceptable when I called him the next morning. Plus, when I asked him about a senior discount during his sales pitch, he shook his head and said there is none. However, a few minutes after he reaches me the form, there it is “senior discount”. He knew I seen it and just puts a check mark on it. I’m sure I’ve overpaid.

Jeremy did a wonderful job installing 2 entry doors and screens. He did a great job communicating when he was running behind on the schedule. There is a slight issue with one of the screen doors but he is taking care of this issue in a timely fashion.

UNRELIABLE‼️Contacted Eddie about a problem, first question was, “Who’s paying for this?”, said he would have Charlie look at it and get back to me....never happened. I called the next day to follow up, Charlie stated he didn’t have time to look at it, started asking me questions that he should have gone out to see for himself. Finally, put Charlie in touch with my husband, they agreed to meet the next day at 11:00, my husband told him he was driving from an hour away and he would text him an hour in advance which he did. Charlie was a no show, no call‼️ I called Eddie back and left a message, never heard back.
Unwilling to chase people down to get work done. Contacted Mann Plumbing, issue was resolved courteously and PROFESSIONALLY.

Came back today to adjust a dishwasher they installed 6 months ago. They stand by their work!

The plumber was great. But the company charges too much. For an after hours call for one hour, no replacement parts strictly labor I was charged $700.
