Best Drain Snake in Columbus OH

Chad took the time to explain everything and found the clog that other plumber companies missed. Last company said pipe was broke and all had to be replaced at high cost of course. Chad did excellent he found trash bags were in the pipe causing issue was able to get them out and fixed. Would recommend Chad be dispatched if you need a plumber.

I currently live in one of the absolute worst apartment complexes ever, where it’s nothing but a constant battle to have anything repaired by my apartment’s “maintenance” team.
For a month now my bathroom sink has been backing up and clogging, with absolutely no assistance from my rental agency.
I decided to outreach to a real professional in hopes it would resolve my issues. Brandin did just that and did an amazing job. He explained everything to me in great detail and made sure to provide me tips on how to prevent this from happening again until I’m able to move into a better home. Because of him, my husband and I’s stress levels have improved tremendously, and I am now able to brush my teeth and wash my hands in my bathroom sink again. Thankful doesn’t even describe what we are feeling. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Originally had contacted another company to try to keep it local....but they would not commit to a time for arrival, I had to take the whole day off waiting for a call saying they would be coming. After waiting until 2pm the company finally called saying they had a ton of emergencies come up and would I volunteer to reschedule my appt and receive and discount on service when they come. I said no and canceled all together as I am not able to commit to another full day and not have a guarantee of time for when they are coming. Immediately called Roto Rooter...set up for someone to call me back to schedule, and they actually were able to come 30 minutes later! The Service Tech: Ray Young was amazing, professional, polite, and knew what he was doing to get the job done! Thank you!!

UPDATE Jan 2022: Called 1-Tom-Plumber again for a leaking water heater. It was 11:30 on a Friday night. The dispatcher was very helpful, she got me in touch with the general manager (Mike) that same night! I needed some idea of what to do over the next few hours to keep the situation from getting worse, and to get me an approximate cost for the new water heater. This company is OUTSTANDING to work with. They are responsive, helpful, and efficient. The Technician (Dave) communicated with me ahead of time and all during the installation. He answered questions politely and clearly. He installed the new water heater and made sure I knew the basics of the operation and maintenance. He was very conscientious about taking the old rusting water heater up my newly carpeted basement stairs! He wrapped it in a tarp and made sure there were no leaks on my carpet!. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again for any plumbing need. If I could give 10 stars I would.

So my home warranty company sent them out to me to diagnose my hot water heater. They never contacted me to schedule an appointment, I got the appointment date and time from my home warranty company, which i thought was odd) A guy showed up on the scheduled day and between the time the was allotted. He did his estimate and had me sign it and gave me a copy and stated that it would be a few days before i would hear back from the warranty company. Long story short, I got the approval, but when i called to schedule, no answer and left a voicemail. of course NEVER heard back from them, So ended up having another company come in and replace. so if this is how they treat Home Warranty customers, wonder how they treat paying customers. all i know is I would not call them for anything !!!!
