Manny came out and fixed everything that needed repaired. It only took about 2 hours with a total of 3 things that needed attention. Great service!

My flood pump broke and i found out before it does any flood in my basement, I called this company, they sent two technicians, i told them how urgent it is, they asked me to go and buy new pump and they will replace it for $510 just replacement, it's expensive but I went ahead and bought new one, just to avoidany flood. I called him to comeback and fix it, the dispatch asked to wait, waited more than 5h, he didn't come and nobody showed, I called the company again they asked me to reschedule for the next day and I have to wait until the next day, I told them how urgent it is, how my basement would flood if rain falls, and it's bot right to let me down after waiting all that time, I could've called another company to come in and fix it...etc.
During the night, there was rain fall and my finished basement flooded, carpet damaged, smell...etc. it was nightmare.
I was very happy to find out about the pump before any flooding but because of this very unprofessional company, my basement got clooded anyway. I won't forgive them.
Do yourself a favor and Stay away from these people

All was fine. Good communication and issue was fixed at a reasonable cost. Will use again in the future.

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain cause by too much holiday leftovers being put down the garbage disposal. John Gleason fixed it for us. He came right on time. Came with all his tools and clean up gear. He inspected everything and explained the process thoroughly. He was very pleasant and cleaned up also. He even tightened up the garbage disposal and gave us some advise when were were talking about sump pumps. He is an excellent plumber and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him and Rotor-Rooter to anyone. Very satisfied.

Super disappointed with the customer service of this company. They charged us our $100 home warranty deductible to come out and tell us that our sump pump was working correctly. Literally did no work on it, and instead of charging us their $45 service fee (which we would have had no issue paying because they did come out), they took the $100 and ran with it. My husband called last Thursday and was told the manager would call him the following day...but no phone call. Called again today and was mid conversation with a worker and was hung up on. He called right back and no answer. He called multiple more times after work only to have his call ignored (ring once then sent to their voicemail) despite their office still being open. Shady business practices all around. We have reported them to our home warranty and will not be using them again.

Reliable, great staff, great communicators. We are very happy with all the work they have done for our commercial properties and personal residence.
