Leo, from Rescue Rooter, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable specialist and took care of all our needs with respect to our old tankless water heater. He had to troubleshoot a number of issues but did not give up and just tell me to buy a new tank. On top of that, he was very personable and easy to talk too. Rescue Rooter of Columbus is lucky to have such a great asset.

Tom was very helpful and professional when he came and fixed my water heater. Would recommend!

Charged us $185 to snake a bathroom sink drain.
Mike broke the flange on the sink.

Took no responsibility.

Follow up (different guy), said there was NO WAY that snake could have broken the flange.

Would have cost them about $20 and 10 minutes to replace it.

Deny, deny, deny.

EDIT: They came back and handed the $185 check back. We still have a broken drain assembly.

Called Stacey to fix a leak, fix hot water not running and install my laundry tub after a less adequate plumber messed it up. Stacey did such a amazing job and went above and beyond to making sure the bad plumbing job done was cleaned up and installed CORRECTLY. I absolutely will call up Stacey for all my plumbing needs. He was very professional and friendly while explaining exactly what repairs he would be doing and all for a good price! I am very appreciative for his work and I highly recommend! Thanks again!
