The service technician was professional, on time, knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them in the future for plumbing services. Also, when I called, the person with whom I spoke reassured me that a technician would arrive soon and he did. I was also notified when to expect the technician. I couldn't have asked for a more professional experience all the way around. Best if all, my drain is running clear!

Our usual Home Maintenance person tried to remove a no longer continued kitchen faucet ,contacted ARS, the response was very quick, technician arrived ,had the old faucet in a bucket,installed new one in no time. I didn't think honesty in the service industry existed anymore! Ian was on time, professional, had us check the job to our satisfaction, answered questions we had about another issue and treated our home with respect. The job cost the middle of the estimate range and not the high end just to take our money. We know who to call...DRAINBUSTERS! (Sorry, had to do it.)

Best thing I ever did !!! Super nice, super quick !!! Replaced my water heater and didn't charge me for any nonsense. 460 $$ for replacing my water heater I highly recommend this company. Please use them if you need decent work and a good straight forward price. :) will definitely be remembering them next time anything goes wrong.
