Best Bathtub Installation in Columbus OH

In July of 2020, we had Roto-Rooter come out and clear our sewer drain. The tech did his job and told us we had a 1 year warranty if we needed them to come back out. He had been here for a couple of hours. The very next day, we had another tech out here because the drain ended up still being clogged. Fast forward to last week when we had to call to have them come out AGAIN due to water back up from the drain. When I mentioned the 1 year warranty on the drain repair, she said the drain warranty’s are only 6 months, she then looked at our account and said “ah, I see” then proceeded to schedule the appointment without saying anything else. When the tech arrived today, he quoted us over $500 but so graciously gave us $75 off (which is a promotion they always run), however we were expecting this to still be under warranty from the last visit given the conversation with the rep on the phone. We paid $428 for the service today and after going downstairs to test the water draining from running a load of laundry, we found BLOOD all over the wall! (I noticed a cut on his arm while he was taking his equipment back to his vehicle). We are so frustrated and will call another company the next time.

This company has been in business a long time in Columbus! I appreciate that the sons and grandsons are still running it and doing the work themselves. An estimate was provided and the work scheduled to accommodate my needs. Blair was prompt and helpful answering my husband's questions. He replaced an old main water shutoff and removed old galvanized pipe. His work passed City inspection right away. We'll have Fritz Bauman Plumbing do work for us again.

If I could give negative stars, I would! The price gouging in and of itself was absolutely ridiculous. Nicole, the plumber, was there from 10:15 to 11:30 and charged $400 for replacing a wax ring on the toilet, which is a $2 part! Not only did she not tell me the price beforehand, after we got off the phone and had paid, she sent me an invoice that said the work was not guaranteed due to the condition of the doors and house, which she also said nothing about during the phone conversation! She also failed to mention that the tenant's shower was clogged to the point that it was non-functioning and instead said some clogs in the system needed cleaned out within the next week or two and proceeded to ask if I'd like to schedule a technician to have that handled! So I was going to be charged MORE for someone else to do what a plumber is supposed to do? I called and spoke with two different managers who said they'd look into it and call me back and neither one did, so I had to call back again each time and I'm still waiting to be contacted back by the second Manager's Manager. I called Roto-Rooter in a pinch and it was a HUGE mistake!

Had a pipe start leaking and water coming through my family room ceiling at 10:30 on a Saturday night. They showed up in about an hour and took care of the leak with minimal damage to the house.

We needed a plumber and found Hesson Plumbing online. All of their reviews were wonderful ,and now we know why. Contacted them this morning at 8:30 am and they were here by 12:30pm. Right from the beginning they showed why they have great reviews. They contacted us right away and showed up between the time we given, off to a good start. They asked more about the issue, and before we knew it they had the issue resolved. Great company to work with and well worth the price. Will not hesitate to contact them for any future plumbing needs.

Very knowledgable and fits you into his schedule as quickly as possible. I would have had to wait 14 days longer to get my hot water tank replaced by a local, nationwide organuzation, but Michael took care of me in 2 days!

We had a lot of personal delays that prevented Amanda plumbing from coming out but their staff and front office were extremely flexible with us. when we were finally able to have them out to our house the service was fast and straightforward. The front office was up front about the pricing and the final bill matched what they estimated. Very happy with the service and while absolutely be using them again in the future
