Scheduling on line was quick and easy. Phone calls let me know a technician was ready to come out and my plumber showed up right on time. He was very efficient and quickly resolved my drain issues. He had a great personality and did a great job, making sure my problem was resolved.

The garbage disposal was covered by our home warranty so we chose Roto-Rooter. John was very professional, prompt, and quick with the replacement. Very friendly and kind. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing work.

I called McDermott Plumbing for a second estimate on a new water heater after getting a bad feeling from a high pressure sales pitch from Atlas Butler for a new water heater. Mike was very professional when inspecting the unit and gave an honest assessment about the cost to repair vs cost to replace. I ultimately went with installing a new water heater and the cost was about $500 less than Atlas Butler. Mike did a great job explaining everything and cleaning up afterward and I would definitely call again!

Robert was quick and efficient at unclogging our basement drain. Highly recommend!!

D&L Plumbing did a job for a rental property that backs up to our home and in doing so, tore down our fence and killed two of our trees without notifying us they would be working on our property to access underground sewer lines. When we finally tracked them down, they told us they would return in 30 days to grade, seed and repair the damage but it is now approaching 60 days and they have not returned. The owner will not return our calls and the eyesore you see in these photos is what our back yard has looked like for nearly 2 months. We are preparing to list our home for sale and are very displeased with the lack of response and resolution from D&L Plumbing. It sadly looks as though we will have to seek legal recourse to get anything done. The property owner, Carrie C McMillan, is related to the owner of D&L and when we call her to seek a resolution, she simply hangs up on us.

Another company was going to dig up my grandma's yard which was going to take weeks and be super expensive. 1Tom came out and fixed everything in a day. My grandma loves them. 10/10 would recommend
