Best Air Conditioner in Columbus OH

John Davis at The Waterworks is a saint!! We just moved into our new home and found an intense list of problems that our home inspector didn't catch. The previous owners/flippers did almost nothing properly. He showed up on time, was extremely helpful and professional, fixed EVERYTHING and even found some new problems and took care of them on the spot. I am incredibly thankful that he understood the assignment of helping us fix what we could without breaking our wallets and I will definitely be using the waterworks for any of our future plumbing needs.

Excellent communication from the company at every step of the process. The person who did the job was great. He gave me a complete estimate of the cost before starting the work. Didn't take long, he told me what to expect from the new part.

Todd arrived same day (Sunday) to inspect my AC unit, which ended up needing extensive repairs. He was professional and courteous. He returned next day with all the parts and worked around my busy schedule to help us get working cool air back into my home during a heatwave! I am so grateful! Thank you!!!!
Update: my sink clogged and I needed someone ASAP! Todd came out the next day and did the job in no time! Thank you again!

Very professional in installing a hvac system in my home.

Showed up on 3 different occasions with out a ladder knowing they had a roof top unit. Last time tech needed to call for another tech to bring a ladder total time waiting on them at this point was 4 hours from promise time. Then the tech didnt know how to read a volt meter...in addition the tech said the a electrical relay was leaking oil. Really....leaking oil. Almost 1,800 dollars estimated for parts....curcuit board , motor, and relays.. Come to find out it was a motor for $600 from Techno Air fixed the problem....
Thanks Techno Air for not screwing us...
After speaking with American Air manager he still charged us with a service call that i lost 6 hours total time off from work do poor service from American Heating.

Responsive, timely. They clean up after they completed the work and answered questions to my satisfaction. Job Well Done. Thanks.. Will use again
