Nice people, fast service, reasonable prices, and informative.

I booked an appointment between 2-4 pm for an estimate. I received a call at 1 pm that they were available early and could be there in 25-30 minutes. 90 minutes later, no one showed up and I had to call in. I was told that someone would be there in 30 minutes. 60 minutes after that, I called in again and was told someone would be dispatched right away. It is nearly 4 pm and I just received a text that a tech is on there way but they are 32 minutes away. I had no issue waiting between 2-4, but when expectations change when someone calls and says they can be there early, follow through. I shouldn't have to play phone tag to make sure someone shows up.Follow up to Company response: I contacted the phone number but nothing came of it. I decided not to use them to install my water heater or furnace and am using another company.

Dave replaced our old water service line from the street into the house after it began leaking in our front yard. The work was well done, with attention to detail, and I felt like I could communicate any concerns to him during the process. He was friendly and professional and I would recommend working with him.

We’ve called Amanda plumbing several times, and the reason we keep coming back is that the technicians are always professional, straight forward and perform quality work. I’ve never felt cheated or questioned work performed after a service call. I also appreciate the respect... sometimes with plumbers/electricians/etc they make you feel stupid for the problem, but not Amanda Plumbing. They explain the work performed, the reasoning behind it and always provide helpful suggestions for maintenance. 5 Star business for sure. Keep it up!

Our toilet kept backing up and we couldn't figure out why. So we gave these guys a call. They sent someone out right away and figured out we had issues with our pipes. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manor and we professional the whole time. Was hoping for an easy fix, but they sure made the process an easy one.

We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!

I had a backup in my basement the evening of the Ohio State-Michigan game. I tried calling several companies and not many answered. I reached Rooterman of Columbus and they were on another call and said they could come by late that evening or first thing next morning. As the flow of backup had slowed I told then the next morning would be fine. They showed up on time, fixed the issue, and were very reasonable considering it was a weekend service call. They were respectful of my home and even put on little booties to make sure nothing was tracked int the house. I highly recommend these guys!

I had a clogged kitchen sink, I called Harmony Plumbing they came within an hour was able to clear my drain professionally, Abraham was such a sweet guy he cleaned all the mess. I don’t know why some people giving negative reviews, probably they have bad warranty providers ?‍♀️, If i can give them more than 5 stars I would.

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
