They were very professional and not pushy, and recommended different options available for me..would highly recommend. The next day Jerrod Davis came out for an estimate to fix the cast iron drain line..he was informative and very kind. He explained many options to me and was very professional.

Richard and Diane are great; always responsive, friendly, and able to come out to perform the test on short notice. Richard completes and submits all the paperwork to the city so there is no hassle on your end. On top of that, we always get a great price for the service and some additional tips from Richard on how to maintain your irrigation / water systems. We have used them for the past two years and will continue to in the future!

Called first thing in the morning, arrived at the time he said. Took less than 2 hrs to remove old and install new gas water heater. I will definitely use them in the future.

Best thing I ever did !!! Super nice, super quick !!! Replaced my water heater and didn't charge me for any nonsense. 460 $$ for replacing my water heater I highly recommend this company. Please use them if you need decent work and a good straight forward price. :) will definitely be remembering them next time anything goes wrong.

Their site says 24hrs but it took them 4 days to come out for a call. Their excuse was that they were out of the office for the weekend. The appointment window was 1pm-5pm. The tech didn't arrive until almost 6pm. When the tech came out I explained that the water heater pilot light had kept going out. He didnt check any lines or open up the panel to check the components. He simply lit it again, said that it was fine since it stayed on almost 10 minutes. The same night the pilot light was out again.

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
