We had a clogged toilet that we were unable to fix. We contacted The Rooter Works at 8am and Daniel Neal was at our house by 9:40am with the problem fixed by 10am. He took the time to explain why the issue happened and what to do to keep things running smoothly in the future. An estimate was provided upon arrival and the price was fair.

Craig and his staff have done a couple of repairs and fixes for me. They are top notch, honest and don't try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Columbus Market looking for standard to complicated plumbing repairs and/or work.

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

We had a drain leak at a floor drain and called first thing in the morning. Sebastian arrived roughly 90 minutes later, and was kind, helpful, and professional. He not only fixed the problem that we called about but was able to do an additional non-emergency repair for us as well at a very reasonable price. Service man was good. Waited to hook up new bathroom double vanity sink and faucets from Monday till Thursday. When here found out needed different parts at 2:00. Did not have time to go up town and get parts. Will finish next Monday. Disappointed he could not finish, now waiting 4 more days.
