I worked with Bryan on a tandem HVAC and basement repair project. He needed to work closely with the basement guys in order to remove and reinstall the unit. He gave me a number of comparative quotes, showed up on time, had a solution for every issue that came up (reroute duct work, rerout spigot, corrected original ductwork, and even identified that my water heater was leaking). He and Shane were a pleasure and very professional. They got the work done timely and with good quality. I think we will pass inspection with flying colors. Cody was very prompt and efficient. We were also happy with how easy it was to schedule a toilet installation. Cody politely answered our questions about the flange and seal. He also took time to advise us not to caulk around the toilet which we would of not known about otherwise.

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.

Richard and Diane are great; always responsive, friendly, and able to come out to perform the test on short notice. Richard completes and submits all the paperwork to the city so there is no hassle on your end. On top of that, we always get a great price for the service and some additional tips from Richard on how to maintain your irrigation / water systems. We have used them for the past two years and will continue to in the future!

We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!

I had a backup in my basement the evening of the Ohio State-Michigan game. I tried calling several companies and not many answered. I reached Rooterman of Columbus and they were on another call and said they could come by late that evening or first thing next morning. As the flow of backup had slowed I told then the next morning would be fine. They showed up on time, fixed the issue, and were very reasonable considering it was a weekend service call. They were respectful of my home and even put on little booties to make sure nothing was tracked int the house. I highly recommend these guys!
