Lowes got them to bring out/install our new water heater due to our old water heater leaking. We couldn't immediately find the water main, the home owner thought the washing machine turn off was the main, but we called someone else who knew where it was. Guy wouldn't wait and left after about 5 minutes while we were calling older tenants. About ten minutes after he left I texted and told him we found the main and asked him to bring the water heater back. He said he already turned it in and was on to the next job. Closest lowes is 15 minutes away. Called the main office and got no answer. Next business day I called Lowes and they called the people and they said that they couldn't install it because of the water from the leaking water heater and other stuff in the way, so I went down to see if I was missing stuff. I was, so I understood that, but they couldn't install it because of leaking water. A water heater. Was told to call back once we had the water cleaned up, which we obviously couldn't do unless we turned off water to the whole house for who knows how many days. Money got returned two days later by Lowes, which just sent us into further confusion. My niece called them back today to see what had happened, and what we'd have to do to fix it. Apparently the guy who came out was taking pictures inside our house without our knowledge and sent them back to his office. I already felt cheated, since we paid almost 700 dollars to get this water heater delivered and installed and after a week we got our money back instead, but to find out he was taking pictures in our house without our knowledge is unforgivable. Now, instead of having the new water heater we already ordered, paid for and waited for, I get to go back to Lowes and order a new one and hope I don't end out feeling violated by the next group they send out, which I will beg not to be them.

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

I had two backed up sinks in my upstairs bathrooms, I had the same problem last year (used a different company to fix last year), and not only did Best Plumbing easily fix the problem he taught me what I could do to help prevent it from happening again in the future! Shane came out and replaced our hot water heater. He gave us estimates on a couple of options, and answered all our questions and concerns. The replacement looks very professional and he cleaned up all debris and left the area very clean. I recommend this company to anyone looking for furnace or hot water tank repair/replacement. We responded to an ad on Craigslist to see if Macon Plumbing could give us a good price on a hot water heater pick up and installation. Tony was able to help us the very next day and gave us a good price, picked up the hot water heater, installed it and got rid of our old tank. We saved $250 using him instead of the Lowe’s contractors. He was responsive, on time, fair priced, and very professional. It also gave us peace of mind that he was licensed and bonded.
