I never thought I would say having our water heater replaced would be a great experience, but these guys made sure it was a painless process for us. First and foremost they serviced our area, which is an hour outside of Columbus. They were great at communicating every step of the process with us. Jarrod, our technician was top notch. He had our old heater ripped out and our new one installed in a flash! He even kept the box and the tube insulators for our boys to play with. Our toilet kept backing up and we couldn't figure out why. So we gave these guys a call. They sent someone out right away and figured out we had issues with our pipes. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manor and we professional the whole time. Was hoping for an easy fix, but they sure made the process an easy one.

I hired Don's Home Improvement to replace damaged drywall in my garage and furnace closet. He also walled in the crawl space access closet and made a plywood door to cover the crawl space access. I never thought to enclose the crawl space access closet, but it was great decision. I now have usable closet space that isn't open to the underside of the house. The repairs went great and Don's workmanship is excellent. The price was reasonable, too. If you need drywall work done at your house, Don's the guy.

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.

Tim Fallon is killing his own business. He is killing the goose that lays the proverbial golden eggs. It is impossible to calculate how long it will be before riteway plumbing ceases to exist, but this is an inevitability. Until then he will continue to mistreat anyone he pleases. Check the Franklin County Municipal Court records. He has an extensive career in theft.
