Showed up in the afternoon and replaced both of my hot water tanks. He spent 6+ hours doing a wonderful install. Couldn't ask for someone more professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable. Will absolutely be calling again when needed.

Called and clearly stated that I had two toilets that were leaking water around their bases when flushed and that the drain needed cleaned as they weren't flushing properly and they would probably need new wax rings. The appointment was for 10 days later and, in the interim, one toilet started working fine but the shower wouldn't drain. Guy came out and after being here for almost an hour running water and flushing toilets until he made the one toilet gush water out at it's base, told me they don't do drains and I should call someone else. WHAT? I clearly stated the drain needed cleaned and if they, according to one of their people, don't do drains, I should have been told when I called. BTW, the problem was fixed by another company in about a half hour by snaking the drain and removing the partial clog.

I had a gas leak and called a better drain. Stacy finished up the job he was on and came straight over. Found the problem and fixed it for us the same day. Was very happy with his professionalism and expedient work. Would recommend to anyone

Gary was prompt, polite, and friendly. He answered any and all questions. He also disconnected and reconnected a gas line and moved a stove so new flooring could be installed. Does excellent work.

Roger has been my go to plumber since 1993. When he finally decides to close shop I don’t know what I will do. Not only is he knowledgeable, so much more more than these new companies. But he has what they do not - two things 1) me as their customer and 2) integrity.

I called McDermott Plumbing for a second estimate on a new water heater after getting a bad feeling from a high pressure sales pitch from Atlas Butler for a new water heater. Mike was very professional when inspecting the unit and gave an honest assessment about the cost to repair vs cost to replace. I ultimately went with installing a new water heater and the cost was about $500 less than Atlas Butler. Mike did a great job explaining everything and cleaning up afterward and I would definitely call again!

I had Old Hilliard Plumbing come repair a toilet and they did a great job! Anthony was wonderful!! Showed up right on time, was very professional and got the job done quickly. Definitely recommend!

I called Calhoun Plumbing to replace my toilet shut off valve and reseat the toilet. They were able to work around my busy schedule and be at my house the next day.

The work was not straight forward, as my house was built 120 years ago and has uneven floors and a low ceiling in the basement, but the two plumbers that arrived quickly assessed the situation and fixed both issues within an hour. Cost was reasonable and both wore masks and gloves the whole time to be sensitive to the pandemic restrictions. I recommend them to homeowners on the southside!
