While running a load of laundry during my work shift at home at night, our washing machine flooded our basement due to a clog in the standing pipe; we were able to get a morning appointment for the next day. We received very prompt, professional and courteous service from Kevin, he came out and was able to remedy the situation within an hour. I'm glad he called earlier than expected with an ETA before our scheduled time as this allowed us to start to work on making sure our belongings weren't damaged as well as finish the laundry.
