Ace arrived within 30 minutes of phone call. No service charge for last minute request! Diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes of arriving, which was overlooked by a different local company during 3 previous visits. He also made a cost saving recommendation for the repair. Absolutely recommend and Water Heater Pros will be my first call next time I have any issues!

On time, and took down chandelier and put up new one very quickly. Technician took only about 45 minutes and paid $481 (with discount). Called back 3 days later to see if technician could raise the chandelier about 4 inches. Was told there would be a service call of $277 minimum to come back out. Thought there should be no charge for adjusting the light.

The technician called to let me know he was ahead of schedule, so he came 1/2 hour earlier and completed the work in 45 minutes. He was very professional.
