My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Came when scheduled. Completed quickly and gave recommendations on how to improve toilet performance.

My water heater broke and I'm a new home buyer. Never dealt with this before and was desperate the other day when I had no hot water and water in my basement. Called about 8 other plumbers on the day after the 4th of July and no answer! Jason picked up the call and graciously got me into the schedule because I was a freaking lunatic and needed someone. Very professional, kind, reasonable and so helpful! He helped me and my family out when we needed it. I picked this company because they had good reviews and was happy to know that they really are genuine.

Going with WireNut was the best choice my husband and I could have made. We bought a house with an older HVAC system and knew it would kick the bucket soon. We had a Warranty company that would refuse to do anything and WireNut really saved us in this pinch. Their technician Arber was fantastic at explaining and breaking everything down for us to understand what the issues with the system were and what options we had. They didn't try to nickel and dime us which we appreciated as well. WireNut is fantastic and we would highly recommend to anyone!

The tech was great and very knowledgable. He got out right away and was courteous, efficient and clean. I know the pricing was quoted as a unit price but I felt I was way overcharged for the amount of time it took and the cost of the part (I checked for the same part on Amazon afterwards). He was there for less than an hour and it cost nearly $1k the part on Amazon was only $200. Nothing bad on the tech, he was great and does not set policy, but I will not use roto rooter again because of this experience. I felt like I got gouged.

A-Team-Excavation was doing a sewer pipe job for our neighbor, and in the process, they unintentionally damaged our sewer line. When I spoke to him about our suspicion of the damage, they immediately started a scope of our sewer to locate the issue.

When he realized that they had in fact damaged our line, he immediately owned up to it, apologized, and they started working on the repair.

Our line was repaired within 3 hours of my first contact with him.

A Team Excavation will be the only plumber I call, or refer people to, in the future. I can't wait to work with them again (only hopefully for regular maintenance jobs and not emergencies. 😉)!

Michael was great! He replaced our faulty sump pump. Works great and very quiet. I would recommend him.
