Best System Upgrades in Colorado Springs CO
I had a drip in the basement and couldn't get other plumbers to even return my call. These guys have an online booking tool, and followed up with me right away. The gentlemen who came out were very thorough and careful about determing where exactly the leak was coming from, and they did the job fast. No more problems, and I was happy to pay what they charged.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I had a very expensive water heater and filtration system installed. I am on a well and the system was working great until a few weeks ago when the water smelled a tasted like sulfur. A technician came out and the water will be tested.

They replaced my water heater and hauled off the old one. They were very timely, efficient and pleasant to deal with throughout the process. Even though the work required multiple trips in and out of the house, they made sure to keep it clean with tarps and shoe covers. Excellent job overall.
