Best Split Air Conditioning Repair in Colorado Springs CO

Our recent experience with Affordable Plumbing and Heating was our first but will not be our last.The technicians, Earle and Mike were competent and very knowledgeable. The unit they worked was a challenge but they were up to the task. Thanks for a job well done, Willy Wooten

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! Complete RIP OFF!! Do not use one source for anything. They tried to tell us our furnace repair would be over $6k. We got a REAL REPAIR PERSON out and they fixed it for $195. One source is a total scam! Tried to tell us that multiple parts in our furnace needed replacing and they were totally fine. They also left a mess for us and left things unplugged and torn apart - on a night when the low is 7 degrees!! Totally set us up for failure. Complete waste of time and money. DO NOT EVER USE ONE SOURCE!!

Tristan came out to unclog our toilet and it was a super quick job. We tried to do it ourselves and couldn’t fix it and he came out and fixed it with in 10 minutes.

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

Added 12/04/2020 >>> Oak View Mechanical was serving our rental via a manager before we took over the managing part ourselves. That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. The new office team understood our wish of timely response due to the fact we are far away from the location and the icing on the cake >>> CHRISTMAS COOKIES --- THANK you so much - we love them and the extra mile OVM goes to see their customers happy. I’m very impressed with Comfort By Design and the quality of workmanship of their services. I first had them out to replace the ducting and move the return air vent from the floor to a wall in my 120+ yr old home. Mike and Dustin spent nearly all day in my creepy basement and crawl space getting the work done without complaint. I then had them install AC, a humidifier, and REME Halo Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier in my home. The cost was competitive, again their work high quality, and I’m sitting comfortably in my old home with current technology. I highly recommend Comfort by Design over any other HVAC company in Colorado Springs.
