Affordable Plumbing and Heating(APH) technician (Steve) did a fantastic job for us. He was knowledgeable and his work was top notch. APH will be doing all of our work going forward.

I'll start off by being thankful it only cost $50 and two precious hours for me to realize this company enjoys scamming people with lies and excessive costs.One Source technician came back with an estimate of $11,000 on two components in my furnace that needed to be replaced. Also mention another repair which was a low pressure leak in the AC system because there was a freon leak.Having knowledge of a few things about HVAC and the fact the system has been working absolutely perfect for the last five years. I called another technician from another company for a second opinion. They booked me in their schedule the next morning at 9 o’clock. He came out and within 20 minutes diagnosed the motor for the fan needed to be replaced. They installed a new motor within two and a half hours at a cost of $780 vs the $11,000 One Source wanted to charge.The one star rating is for One Sources technicians lies, and an attempt at deceptive and unnecessary repair costs.Out of everything estimated by the technician with One Source, the broken blower motor wasn’t even on the list.I called One Source to get an explanation and was told someone in upper management would call me. I still have yet to receive a call.There used to be a time when you could call a company out and be treated honestly and fairly. Obviously this company doesn’t follow these guidelines.Do not trust this business.

They came to my home and quickly identified the problem with my air conditioning unit and were able to fix it in no time.

icing over and not working properly for the last 3 years without a solution

Diego was awesome!! Made sure I understood what the charge was beforehand. He made sure he made a second appointment to finish the work as he didn’t have the specific part needed in his van. This was on a Saturday. He worked and quickly determined what the issue was. He was awesome and so was the company. Always keeping in touch on his arrival time, when he was on his way from the appointment before mine. The dispatch people were very courteous and very helpful. I will definitely use them again and specifically ask for Diego if I need further work done.

AO Smith gas hot water heater failed. Called various plumbing service companies around Colorado Springs looking for help. All but Home Heating had little to no expertise and did not want to get involved. Talked with one of the managers @ HHS who tried to help me over the phone to get the unit operational. Unfortunately the heater really needed a replacement part. Made the original call a little after lunchtime, senior technician was on site by 16:00 and unit was functioning by 17:00. Just an all round pleasant experience .
