I believe he went the extra mile to make sure he resolved our issue. He was a pleasure to meet and communicate with. He provided us with some helpful suggestions for keeping our heating and cooling running smoothly and suggested some additional services which we will be using to service our heating and fireplace in the near future.

20 year old heater went out the day before a trip to see grandchildren. Parkeys came out that very day and installed a new system the next day while I boarded the plane for Florida. I'm so very thankful for their attention to my situation and to their great service....

I knew I needed a new water heater because I hadn't flushed it in 9 years and it finally started with the yellow water.. I flushed it and got a lot of sediment but didn't end up running clear in the end. So I scheduled a straight swap for my 40 gallon gas heater with Comfort By Design. They had great contact from day one. They even sent me a bio of the techs who were doing the install. Dustin was the lead and provided Anthony with expert tips all along to solve the issue of restricted space and clearance to remove and install the units. Quiet, clean, and quick. A great team.
