Great job by Advantage on my sewer line repair. I had a plumbing issue and received a pricey quote from one of the chain rooter companies, who I didn't trust from the start due to their sales tactics. I called Advantage, where the owner answered the phone and was generous with his time talking through my potential issues. Josh came out and confirmed that I needed the work, but quoted and completed the job for 40% less than the other quote. These guys were nothing but straight shooters throughout the process. The professionalism, good communication, and cleanup of the work site was beyond my expectations. I've not not been lucky enough to receive such good service in any other type of home maintenance, so I had to get on here and say so.

Dan was able to diagnose a problem that two other plumbers were unable to diagnose correctly. Thanks to him we were able to get the proper repairs done and not waste more money on opinions or unnecessary work that was not the actual problem. Dan and his team also did the repairs to the underground line and were so professional and did such a great job it looked better than brand new!

Commercial laundromat with 1 of 3 drain headers 100% blocked. Older system that required some 'creativity'. The Service Technician, Zack Koehler, and his Field Supervisor, Bill Bay found a way to get it fixed and even came back on the weekend to ensure the job was finished. They weren't scheduled to work the weekend but gave me their cell numbers, answered promptly and came as soon as I called! I couldn't have been more impressed. Highly recommend!
