Best Faucet in Colorado Springs CO

Called about my leaking water heater. The plumber showed up exactly at the scheduled time. Every question I asked was answered with plenty of detail (I was curious about the trade-offs of tankless and electric water-heaters). The plumber was punctual, polite, patient, and obviously passionate about his work. He performed above and beyond, not just replacing the water heater, but making changes for robustness and convenience (the gas line valve was tucked back in a corner behind the water heater, and he moved it out so it could actually be reached, as well as a few other small changes to fix cramped valve placements), and also gave me advice about changes I need to make to my carbon monoxide detector placement in order to pass inspection. Although appearance isn't a priority, I have to say that I am pleased with the way the work looks visually, too. It looks clean and professional; leaps beyond the way it looked before.

As somebody who works for a small company, I always try to gravitate toward small local businesses for my needs. Sometimes you get burned by lazy amateurs, but it's worth it to find local driven professionals who take serious pride in their work.

I had a kitchen sink that was clogged. I called Pro Power Rooter & they took care of this issue immediately. This was @ 9:00 pm!! The drain was clear in less than an hour and also gave me a good price for the job I will call them if I ever need plumbing or drain cleaning work again thanks!

Gilbert did a fine job installing a new garbage disposal today. However, he failed to confirm if there was power in the disposal outlet. I told him there wasn't. I had followed all the steps to check the power under the sink. But I didn't know the wall switch had to beON when plugging into the outlet below. I guess Gilbert didn't know this either? I understand why I had to pay $75 trip fee for the electrician after the power was on. I would recommend that next time Gilbert is in a similar situation (customer reports no power) that he double check for power and only call for an electrician after its confirmed there is no power. Thank you

Great job installing new water heater in a crawlspace.

Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!
