Best Electrical Wiring Repair in Colorado Springs CO

DO NOT GO HERE.I got a mini-split put in around July of 2020 for heating and air. One Source installed the mini-split and did the electrical work for it. The workers were rude and left a mess all over my house, not picking up any of their extra supplies or trash for my animals got get hurt on.After they were done installing they left a huge whole in my wall where they had to put the electric. They said that they would be there the next day to fix it and never showed up. I scheduled 3-4 appointments to get this fixed and they never called or showed up for them. Finally, they showed up the 5th-6th time but did not match the color or texture of the wall and did not clean up any of their mess again.After the work was done I called the company and asked for my warranty paperwork, loan paperwork, and permit paperwork. I spoke with 5-6 different people from the company that all told me I would receive my paperwork by email AND mail, I never received anything. After this I finally was able to speak with the owner (I believe his name was Dustin) who said that the permit and inspection was done, and I had nothing to worry about.On April 28th 2021, I got an email form an Erika Skalberg from One Source stating that the inspection for the work on my home was never done, and that the permit was never finalized. She also said that a lien was going to be put on my home if I did not take care of it. After seeing this email, I called Erika and set up an appointment for Friday April 30th 2021. I stayed home all day and no one ever showed up and I got no phone calls. I then set another appointment up with Erika for the inspection on 5/4/2021, she said that they would be there between 9am-4pm and that I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before their arrival, I stayed home all day and no on showed up or called.It has been almost a year since the work has been done by One Source and it is still not finished. I do not know if it is even safe for me or my family as the inspection was never even done for the work and the permit was never finalized.Worst.company.ever.

We have used Smith on several occasions for plumbing, heating and air conditioning services. Karl Kolb was the tech for our PM AC service. He was very professional, initially asking whether the system was working and what we needed to have done. He was able to answer all questions we had as he progressed with the service. Karl is an excellent and knowledgeable tech who provided great information for me. The work was completed in about one hour. Estimates were also provided for follow up maintenance to improve efficiency of the system. I would highly recommend him and Smith Plumbing/ Heating , rating them 5.0.

But better yet, we had a great customer experience with both Scott and our technician, Mike. The whole process was seamless, and we've got an awesome furnace with minimal hassle at a great price.

They replaced one water regulator at a good price and I am glad to come back to them for the second replacement. They are fast and friendly. :-) definitely recommend them.
