I could not have been more impressed with the work Smith Plumbing did to replace our water service line while and then minimize their footprint on our back yard.I called four plumbing companies after I found myself standing in a sinkhole in my garage. Nathan from Smith's came out the next day to investigate the problem and give an estimate for a spot repair. When my partner and I decided to replace the line, he returned the next day to give a new estimate. And he was able to schedule the work to begin early the following week.The work was done by Jesus and Carlos. They dug out a six-foot trench from the alley to the house that bypassed our garage and back walkway. Before the sun went down, we had water again. A few days later, CSU inspected the work, and then Jesus and Carlos filled in the trenches.I expected the backyard to look different after a job of this magnitude, and it didn't. But I was impressed by how careful Jesus and Carlos were. They removed two sections of fencing and a small part of our deck with care. And after they left, they had a jack-of-all-trades named Eduardo come out to repair the fence and gate, patch up a section of concrete, and remove the excess dirt and mud.Losing water is no fun, and Smith's responded quickly. They were patient. Their estimate was accurate. And it's wonderful knowing that they guarantee their work for as long as we live in our house. A+ job.

I have hired this company for work at 5 or 6 houses and they have been great! They have been fair in their pricing and punctual with their sceduling. They actually put a new furnace in one of my houses and I really expected them to turn down the job because of the difficulty of the project. These guys are locally owned and very honest. I would recommend them without hesitation!!

as a construction professional i recognize when contractors care about what they do and these guys do a great job. the business owner came and met with me at my home and at my rental, and together we formulated a plan to meet my objectives. gas or water they are knowledgeable, and have options ready to go. inexpensive and showed up and completed the work on time.

I set an appointment for a Wirenut electrician to meet at my home 3 weeks ago and got a call 1 hour before the expired window that they could not meet that day and we rescheduled for today. Just got a call again that they were running behind on a morning project and could they reschedule for Friday. I simply said thanks but no thanks. I understand that electricians are extremely busy in 2021. I would even have appreciated a call the day before but for me to wait between 10-1pm and get a call at 12:16pm put my work day out as I am waiting at my house for 3 hours. I am sure they do great work. I am in construction as well. If I canceled twice less than an hour before the appointment window, the chance to get the sale would be close to nil. Showing up is half the battle.

Electrician was very helpful and polite. The plumber was very rude and was making excuses for not being able to snake my main pipe. He stated he needed to completely removed my garage sink and cabinet in order to clean the pipe. This was ridiculous, I have had out sewer company and they had no problem at all, and didn't need to remove anything. This guy was looking for any excuse not to do the simple job. And quoted a extremely high amount, knowing I wouldn't pay it, so he wouldn't have to do anything. I won't be using this company anymore.

Called when my heater stopped working, hoping to get same day service, which I did! They arrived about an hour after I called, did some cleaning and analysis of the system. The cleaning alone had the system working when they left, and they came back the next day to replace circuit board and a few other items. As I haven't had this type service done before, I honestly don't know if the price was a good value or not, but they were quick to respond and repair, all personnel were respectful and friendly, and am happy that both my heat an AC are working again.
