Best Electrical Inspection in Colorado Springs CO

I have used this company before for plumbing and had a great experience. I called for an issue with my boiler and was horribly disappointed. The technician immediately decided once he saw my old boiler that he would not even try to fix anything but rather to sell me a new system. He listed everything wrong but did not even list the problem I was having correctly. I asked if there was anything that could be done to fix the problem today rather than replace everything and he said no and provided an estimate of $13,000 while charging me $210 for his inspection. I called another company for a second opinion and the guy came, fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes, and charged less than $150. I called to provide feedback and to let them know they left their expensive carbon monoxide detector at my house and have not even gotten a call back from them.

James, my technician from Smith, Plumbing Heating, Cooling, and Electrical, was professional, personable, and 100% genuine and, as such, is well deserving of a five star rating. He provided me with a quote for the installation of a new HVAC roof vent (to replace my aging, weather damaged vent) and inspected the vent line for any water damage (which fortunately I did not have). James was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and passed along good tips during the inspection that I, as a first-time homeowner, appreciated. For example, explaining his inspection of my aging water heater and telling me what signs to look for so that I’ll know when it is time to start thinking about a replacement. I went ahead and scheduled the new roof vent installation with Smith for next week and, given my overwhelmingly positive interaction with James today, I’m confident that entrusting Smith with HVAC work on my house was a good decision.

Robert and his crew did an excellent job replacing an old, rusted out drain pipe, and installed a clean out for future access. I have an older house that has not had the drains replaced. Robert forgave my ignorance and explained the condtion and repairs necessary to get my kitchen/washer drain functional again. VERY knowledgeable and friendly, on time, used COVID precautions and shoe covers to keep my carpets clean. I've never had such a good experience with a technician. He was VERY helpful!
