I didn’t know that much about furnaces until the guys from HVAC Solutions installed a new Lenex unit in our house. The time they took to explain how it functions and how to keep it efficient was extremely helpful but want impressed me most was when the PPRB Inspector ask me who did the install?

When I told him HVAC Solutions, his response was, “They always go above and beyond what’s expected “. He further showed me how well they layered the mounts and secured attachments. He also said, “this is top commercial grade work in a residential home. You don’t see that with many jobs I inspect for final approval.”

There are better, cheaper, and more reliable help out there... We wanted to get our AC up and running before the heat came. They came out and got the job done. The tech bypassed a safety switch to make sure it was functional. It was and he refilled my R22. Apparently he did not make sure the unit worked after he refilled my unit and unhooked everything. We came home with a 2 day old baby to turn on our AC and it did not work. I tried to get a hold of Olson and they responded a couple times via email but would never answer any questions I had. being around over 100 years and the good things I have heard around my office, I am very disappointed in how Olson handled everything after I paid them over $600.

Curtis is awesome! Before coming out to fix my water heater he actually took the time to first make sure my gas was turned on and then stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the pilot lighting procedure... TWICE just to be certain. Who does that these days? Turns out that didn't fix it, but wow.... Fantastic above and beyond customer service!!!

Ralph and Kyle fixed our tankless water heater and showed us how to keep it running with proper maintenance. Having recently moved into our home, we knew something wasn't right with the water heater, but our attempts at fixing it were unsuccessful. We have a Munchkin high efficiency boiler. When our house was being built, the idiot who did the tile work used a tile saw inside while the heat was on. The result was tile dust sucked into the heating system, which fused onto parts in the boiler. The guys from Bestway fixed it, and the boiler has worked perfectly ever since. I recommend this company highly.
