Aaron, Jesse and Thane provided outstanding service today for a review of my furnace Although no one wants to hear right after Christmas that you need a new furnace, however they walked me through all of my options and explained it where even a novice such as I could understand. They were very patient with me as I am a helicopter owner and wanted to see all they were doing. They showed me all that they were doing and thoroughly explained each thing. I know that I caused them to he here longer than it would of normally taken and I appreciate the time they took and would recommend One Source to anyone who needs regular maintenance of your AC or furnace or when you furnace finally dies. Gage Gipson saved my life tonight! My furnace was not working and it was the coldest day of the year today and the day before the Xmas weekend. He contacted me at 630pm and was able to fix the problem within15 minutes. I was so nervous I was going to have to pay a huge after hours and holiday bill for services as well as scared my pipes wouldn’t freeze with below zero temps overnight. He saved the day!
