My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had problems with the hot water in the kitchen. Scheduled service for the following day. Donnie arrived on time and diagnosed the problem which a previous handyman had missed. B&L allowed us to select our own faucet to replace the faulty one and Donnie arrived on a Saturday to complete the installation. Very professional, efficient, friendly service from office staff and technician. The fixed prices can seem high, but I feel you get what you pay for - and I have confidence that if we have a problem with the work moving forward, we will have prompt and fair service from B&L Plumbing.

Great job by Advantage on my sewer line repair. I had a plumbing issue and received a pricey quote from one of the chain rooter companies, who I didn't trust from the start due to their sales tactics. I called Advantage, where the owner answered the phone and was generous with his time talking through my potential issues. Josh came out and confirmed that I needed the work, but quoted and completed the job for 40% less than the other quote. These guys were nothing but straight shooters throughout the process. The professionalism, good communication, and cleanup of the work site was beyond my expectations. I've not not been lucky enough to receive such good service in any other type of home maintenance, so I had to get on here and say so.

Service was half hour to change water system timing from every 9 days to every 5 days, was charged 3 hrs at $140 an hour. 2 hrs were for them to drive from Colorado Springs to Parker and back. Jolly installed water system 2 years ago and we had lime circles and iron.

I had Craig Wright (tech number 3786) come out to run a maintenance cleaning on my sewer line. He was great. Very professional and friendly. He did his job well and cleanly. I recommend him and Roto-Rooter.
