Rick talked me through a problem via phone and gave me very valuable information to understand the issues with our dishwashers. Even though he spent a lot of time explaining things, he recommended we use a different repairman because he felt it might cost less and be more appropriate for our needs. I recieved service on 9/21 after calling about a clogged drain. I mentioned a power wash and was advised the plumber would assess and proceed with the best option. I was then called at 7:30 am on the day of my appointment to pick whether I wanted a power wash so that plumber could be sent. In a woken from sleep daze I agreed to the power wash. The man arrived, did his work and then muttered it was on the disposal side. I asked if he could fix that. He said yes. Those were the only words he said to me before handing me the phone to make payment. He left muddy wet footprints all over, paper towels everywhere and didn't actually fix the problem. I have standing water in my sink right this moment. When I have tried to call, the operator couldn't hear me and hung up. I am so displeased. I understand the company has been dealing with Covid issues but I was asked to assess my own plumbing and was then charged for an expensive service I didn't need and will have to call another plumber to fix the actual issue.
