I had them install a new furnace, AC, and humidifier in Dec and bought the service package as well. They have been amazing the entire time and came right out and addressed any little issues I had. Recently they sent a HVAC Tech Marion Martinez out to do the biannual service on my AC and she was amazing! It was so awesome seeing a woman doing great work! Absolutely love this company!

Patrick Blackwell and his team of Austin, Cody, and Matthew did an excellent job replacing a boiler/water tank. Patrick's expertise enabled him to explain to us exactly what we needed and why. He was the reason we chose Flow Right over the other businesses that gave us bids. His team worked extremely hard to get the job done. They were very polite and took pride in doing a quality job. Also, the office staff was extremely helpful in getting me the information I needed to complete the warranty and rebate forms.

So happy with the service done today by Raymond! He came out to help us finish our inspection and did a great job! Was able to come early and when we asked for communication through texting for our realtor who is Deaf not only was he willing to do that but he could sign as well.
