Matt arrived on time and briefly discussed the problem with the tankless water heater. Within few minutes he Calibrated the water heater and figured out exactly what was the problem. He went over all settings and was very sharp. He also noticed a leak that would have caused a problem, and amazingly this was done in no time. I am so happy with this company and Particular with Matt expertise. They are awesome.

These guys are the best. I have had them out to my old house on several occasions... drain clean outs, reworking poor plumbing, replacing old pipes... I trust Leo’s team completely. Very nice, helpful techs who know what they are doing! Plumbing issues are never enjoyable, but if you’ve got to do it I recommend Leo’s 1000 times over! I didn’t know that much about furnaces until the guys from HVAC Solutions installed a new Lenex unit in our house. The time they took to explain how it functions and how to keep it efficient was extremely helpful but want impressed me most was when the PPRB Inspector ask me who did the install?

When I told him HVAC Solutions, his response was, “They always go above and beyond what’s expected “. He further showed me how well they layered the mounts and secured attachments. He also said, “this is top commercial grade work in a residential home. You don’t see that with many jobs I inspect for final approval.”

What an incredible experience! Joseph Murrane exceeded my expectations in all ways. Every winter we have Parkey’s come to check the furnace and make sure we are safe for the cold weather. Each year they arrive on time ( always with a call that they’re on their way), check things out , install a new filter, make recommendations if needed and conduct themselves professionally and politely. I have complete faith in their service and will continue to call them year after year.

Was able to schedule quickly. I appreciated the confirmation text and notification that they were on their way, along with a picture of the technician. They came at the beginning of the two hour window, completed the job quickly, and were very friendly.

Two weeks ago, I met with Scott Bryant from Comfort By Design and he invested a large amount of time looking at my current system and helping me decide what I needed to do to resolve my issues. I had called because the HVAC system in the house which was 21 years old had failed and I was looking to replace the entire system. He walked me through all my options, costs, and spent a significant amount of time explaining the differences between systems. Scott was extremely helpful and did not make me feel any pressure to make a decision. After a bit of internal discussion, we decided to go with the option that Comfort By Design had suggested.
Less than two weeks later and the team is here installing the system. The team doing the install. Anthony and Jeremy have been working here at my location all day and Jon and Joe joined than for part of the day. They are very professional and explained the entire process to me ahead of time. They removed all the old equipment, and everything was pretty much perfect when they left. They did have to cut a few holes in the ceiling to route an exhaust vent, so people are scheduled to come back and repair that. Once everything was done Jeremy walked me through the new system and I probably asked more questions than he wanted but he patiently answered every one.
The system is installed, the install area is clean, and I am able to use my AC again. I’m anxious to see how my new 98% efficient heater works in the fall as well. Thanks a ton, to Comfort By Design for making this an easy and quick process. You guys are the best.
