A&P has been out to my house numerous times over the years, the owner spent well over an hour on the phone with me at one point thoroughly describing the issues with my septic system and then gave me multiple options on repair/replacement. the drivers, office staff and everyone including are all very warm and welcoming and their service is top notch. I cant recommend them enough!

Showed up right away and took care of the problem, with assurance the problem was taken care of! Very happy as a first time home owner!

It cost $89 to have someone come out. The first red flag was the receptionist wouldn't let me spell my rather complicated last name. I never received the email confirmation promised (maybe you should have listened when I spelled my name). The plumber who came out didn't listen to the extent of the issues, I'm an Architect I know what I'm talking about. Then I got a quote of $300 for 6 for pipe and a gasket. JUST NO!

Started out unsure about quality of service when the first Technician didn't show up after receiving message he was on his way. I called to check in with Dispatch. Driver never showed. Dispatch had another arrive within the hour. Mario was very Professional. He figured out our drain issue and knew exactly how to repair it in a timely manner.

Prompt , Polite , Courteous. They did a great job on my sink.

They charged me 40 for the issue and didn't fix it. I called back and they want me to pay 200 to come back out to fix it. I wouldn't recommend them.

This company tried to hustle me into fixing a simple bathroom sink leak for nearly $700! What a joke.

Tim is the epitome of professional and knowledgeable. Tim examines the issue after arriving promptly and took the time to explain some of the quirks of the 100 year home we just recently purchased. We discussed what the varying options were and then had a recap on how to best move forward after the work was done, as the pipes and design itself are causing the issue. He made the draining better and also cleaned up. I am happy that he was recommended to us. Great guy and amazing professional.
