We had been experiencing a slow draining upstairs toilet and our technician Edward was polite, professional, and knowledgable when it came to the repair we needed. We are extremely impressed at the professionalism from start to finish. the interactions with office staff were great. I would recommend this company and Edward to anyone.

A&P has been out to my house numerous times over the years, the owner spent well over an hour on the phone with me at one point thoroughly describing the issues with my septic system and then gave me multiple options on repair/replacement. the drivers, office staff and everyone including are all very warm and welcoming and their service is top notch. I cant recommend them enough!

Do Not call them to install anything in your house. I called them to install a dishwasher. I asked the receptionist what an estimated cost would be. She was not able to give me an estimate to install a dishwasher. That's ridiculous. I'm sure they have installed that type of appliance before. So I cancel my Lowes install, which was only $150. The installer shows up and tells me it will be $450 to install. That is the classic bait and switch. I would highly suggest you check with other plumbers and ask for a estimate before they arrive at your house. BTW.. the repairman didn't even seem to care if they got the business or not. Go somewhere else to have your work done.

Welll.. I called them. They set a time. I called them again less then an hour before they were supposed to arrive to my house. I already went out of work to meet with them. Only then, he told me that they won't be able to come that day. After few hours he called again (when was driving kids around) and told me that he can come... seriously??

Mike and Dawn are what i call real plumber's. We moved into home and had bad hot water presure. They explain things so well i end up learning about how a entire system works.
