Called them to get service from a backed up sewer and they did what no other company would or did do (as we called multiple in the area)- they saved us a couple hundred dollars in a wasted trip. They asked questions about our problem and pinpointed that it was probably a main sewer issue not a household issue and referred us to have our county come and do a free snake drain from the street (we are new home owners and had no idea our county did that). They were right and the issue was from the main sewer, therefore saving us from a costly snaking with no result! Definitely an honest company with a lot of integrity! Would call them for any other plumbing issue I had!

Dan of First Choice was very helpful to solving my plumbing problem and also giving advice to prevent future issues when all other plumbers were not very responsive. My pipes had frozen and my water main valve broke. I spoke to Dan and discussed the problem and he had said he would be able to fix the problem. Dan kept his word and responded to my issue the same day. I would recommend 1st choice to anyone looking for a good, honest plumbing service.

Of course a plumbing problem would occur over my birthday weekend - imagine that.Larry was our technician and was very thorough in explaining the various options for fixing the problem. This made it pretty easy to choose the best long-term solution for the immediate problem - plus some forecasting on future improvements or things to watch out for.Overall great experience - I'd recommend them to anyone.

Call these guys first! I tried 2 other companies around me and they were the least expensive (by a lot). Came out in a timely manner, courteous both on the phone and in person, and got the job done. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had them install a water line and hot water tank. It worked for a less than a week and would not heat up. The tank is lucky to get skin temperature water and they have no solution and do not call back or respond to email or calls. First we had a leak in the tank and they said it was just a pressure valve. Problem so we had it replaced . That ended up costing close to $400 to repair. Then the tank ruptured and flooded the whole room. It took a week to come out and replace the broken one and that one went bad after 3 days. It’s been over 3 weeks with no hot water or solution. They just send tech out and they shake their head and say see how it goes. Wait it may get warm Later an hour or a couple days. It’s not going to fix its own problem. We need a solution not excuses

So glad we worked with Alex when our sump pump needed replacing! Alex was knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us. We also really appreciated how clean and tidy Alex left our basement. Everything was well organized. Finally, Alex was able to help us very quickly after we called him. Would definitely recommend him and work with him again.

Terrible Company

Dano Plumbing replaced our water heater two years ago. Today, during sub zero temperatures and thus a very busy day, Joe, was very patient and helpful on the phone to help diagnose the problem with our water heater before sending out a service technician. I would recommend Dano Plumbing for installations and service!

Used frequently for work jobs, they do good work but the tech doesn't usually arrive during the window of time scheduled.
